YAKKL Cookie Notice

Technologies can store or read information on a browser or device, recognize a session, remember preferences, prevent abuse, process a transaction, measure performance, or understand how a site is used. Some are set by YAKKL and others by service providers.

Not every vendor used by YAKKL sets analytics or advertising cookies. A payment processor, email provider, anti-bot service, or content-delivery network may process data only when you request the relevant function.

Strictly necessary

Required to operate and secure the site or provide a feature you request. Examples include authentication, load balancing, security, fraud prevention, consent records, checkout, form submission, and session continuity. These cannot normally be disabled through the consent center because the requested service would not work, but browser controls may block them.

Preferences and functionality

Remember non-essential choices such as display, language, dismissed notices, or optional experience settings. Where required, these are used only with consent.

Analytics and performance

Help YAKKL understand visits, navigation, errors, performance, and feature use. Current website analytics may include Google Analytics and PostHog. Where consent is required, YAKKL will not activate these Technologies until consent is obtained.

Advertising

YAKKL does not currently use Technologies for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising and does not show third-party advertisements in the Services. If this changes, YAKKL must update this Notice and consent controls before activation.

The live cookie and technology inventory and consent center identify the exact current vendor, Technology, purpose, category, host, and duration. Current known website functions include:

• Cloudflare: content delivery, security, traffic management, and infrastructure;
• Cloudflare Turnstile: bot and abuse prevention for forms or access;
• Google Analytics: consent-based website analytics;
• PostHog: consent-based product or website analytics where enabled;
• Brevo: email signup and communication requested by the user; and
• Stripe: checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, and billing.

This list describes current known functions and is not a substitute for a deployment-generated inventory. Vendors may change. The inventory must be updated when production configuration changes.

Where required by law, non-essential Technologies remain disabled until you choose a category. You may accept all, reject all non-essential Technologies, or make granular choices. Rejecting non-essential Technologies must be as easy as accepting them.

You may change or withdraw consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" or "Privacy choices" control. Withdrawal applies prospectively and does not affect processing already performed lawfully.

Browser settings may block or delete Technologies. Doing so may affect required functionality. Recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, will be handled as required by applicable law and consistent with the site's technical implementation.

Session Technologies expire when the browser or session ends. Persistent Technologies remain for the duration shown in the live inventory unless deleted sooner. YAKKL should use the shortest duration reasonably necessary for the stated purpose and periodically review persistence.

YAKKL may add, remove, or replace service providers as its infrastructure changes. The Privacy Policy discloses categories of recipients. The live inventory and service-provider register provide current names and purposes. Material new uses require updated notice and consent where applicable.
