DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

If you believe that content hosted on or distributed through a YAKKL service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent that includes:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.
3. Identification of the material you believe is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it (URLs, screenshots, descriptions).
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

If you believe your content was removed in error or is not infringing, you may file a counter-notification that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or Bartow County, Georgia, if you are outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the party that filed the original notice.
